Foundation powders allow you to control the amount of coverage on your skin. To apply, shake a bit of foundation powder on your fingers, add a small amount of moisturizer and blend on your fingers. Apply to your skin gently massaging in circular motions. Be sure to blend well around your hairline.
Tips: For heavier coverage increase the amount of powder and decrease the amount of moistrizer. For lighter coverage increase the amount of lotion and decrease the amount of powder. Experiment with the powder to lotion ratio until you get the mix that works best for your skin type.
When applying foundation, I recommend working over a sink basin so that the powder does not get onto your clothes. Wash you hands before and after applying foundation.
After applying foundation you will see a slight shine. I recommend applying dry foundation powder directly onto your skin using a makeup sponge. This will set the foundation and eliminate shine. This method will prevent you from needing a separate setting powder. Be sure to wash your sponge after every use and replace no less than once a month.
