Blush powders come in a range of pink, peach and mauve shades. You can use them wet or dry and apply them with a brush, sponge or fingers.
If you wet the blush the color will be come deeper and more noticeable so use a small amount of blush at first and apply more blush until you achieve your desired results.
For a more sophisticated look choose a slightly deeper shade of blush to apply in the hollow below your cheekbone. Use your typical shade on the apples of your cheek. Blend well. This will highlight your cheekbones providing more definition to your facial shape.
Tip: Do not add water directly to your pot of powder. Instead put a small amount of blush in the lid. Add and mix water in the lid itself. When you are done, rinse and dry the lid completely before screwing back onto the jar. This will prevent contamination of your powder.
