Eye powders are versatile powders that can be used wet or dry. Used dry, like a traditional eye shadow, these powders will give you a soft finish. Used wet, these powders will reveal some of their bolder characteristics with deeper hues or greater shimmer than in their dry state.
Wet, these powders can also be used for eyeliner or lip color. Dry, they can also double for blush. Experiment and get the most out of each color.
Tip: If you plan to wet a powder, put a small amount in the lid of the powder and mix the water in with a brush on the lid. Rinse and dry the lid before screwing it back over the product. This will prevent contaminating your powder.
Visit your local craft or art store to find a wide selection of brushes. You want a thin long brush with natural bristles to use as an eyeliner.
